- The Motorola LifeStyle is working properly.

- If you use \N1, you are turning off buffering, therfore the DTE and the DCE
- speeds MUST be the same. When the modems connect, the DTE speed on the modem
- will change to the DCE speed. Therfore, if you have your computer set for
- 115,200 and dial out and connect at 14,400, the DTE speed on the modem will
- drop to 14,400 and you will have a speed mismatch between your computer and
- modem, unless your software can automatically adjust its speed. You therfore
- need to use \N0, if you want to lock your DTE rate in at a certain speed.
